About OCA
OCA is a learning community of organization development practitioners, other interested professionals, and students. Formed in 1992, we come together to explore new topics, learn from one another and enhance our knowledge of Organization Development.
Presentations at our monthly meetings vary from theoretical frameworks to real-world case studies with practical tools.
Our community is an important part of who we are. Camaraderie and collegiality among members are nourished and supported through informal networking, service opportunities and social events.
One of the guiding principles of OCA is serving our communities through pro bono OD consulting. Service projects also enable members to expand their skills through hands-on experience under the guidance of senior OD practitioners.
Our members adhere to the ethical guidelines and practices of the OD Institute and many hold advance degrees.
