Our Values Professional Development We come together monthly to explore new topics, learn from one another and enhance our knowledge of Organization Development. Service One of the guiding principles of OCA is to serve our communities through pro bono OD consulting. Service projects also enable members to expand their skills through hands-on experience under the guidance of senior OD practitioners. Collegiality Our community is an important part of who we are. Camaraderie and collegiality among members are nourished and supported through informal networking, social events and service opportunities. Credibility OCA members possess a broad array of expertise in Organization Development. Members adhere to the ethical guidelines and practices of the OD Institute and many have advanced degrees.
