OCA KnowledgeBase Instructions

Note: Only current members can access the Members Only pages.

Login using the fields on the lower left corner of this page.

Your Username is the same email address you use in 123 Signup to register for OCA meetings and to pay dues.  Your Password is the one you were sent by OCA. 

Note: the password for this section is independent of the password you use in 123 Signup (you may wish to make them the same).

If you need to get a password to login for the first time, or if you have difficulty accessing the system, email OCA Administrator Carla Gracen. 

Once logged in, create your unique Members Only section password using the Preferences hyperlink.

If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" hyperlink, and you will be emailed a replacement password.  After logging in, you should create your own new password (which can be the same one you've used before).

To access the OCA KnowledgeBase, click on the button to the left for the page you want.

Once on the page, find the document you want to download, and click on its name.  You can then save the file on your computer.

To post a document (when applicable), click on the "Upload File" hyperlink on the page. 

Browse your computer to select the file, then fill in the Title field (the description field is optional).  Click on the "Upload File" button to complete the process.

Once uploaded, our administrator will be notified your document is ready for review. It will be posted in a few days - please be patient.
